Weekly Update...Nothing New to Report

Well, I don't really have anything to report. I gained back the 2lbs I lost and I am desperately trying not to stress eat. Here is kind of how I am feeling:


Yeah....that says it all. Talk to you next week.

Love the cartoon. Don't stress - I heard from my nutritionist that the body can fluctuate more than 2lbs. of water daily. Plus, I have confidence you can do it!

Don't stress D! Just keep chugging along, we are all here to help :) Goodness knows the last few weeks I have had a horrible time and you guys were there for me! Just keep making steps in the right direction... no matter how small they are!

Don't give up! Can you change up your routine a little? Add some new activities - the weather is getting nicer... Change some of the things you are eating?

My body weight fluntuates anywhere from 1-4 pounds throughout the day-the weight I go by is the weight first thing in the AM.

I dunno what you're doing for your weight loss goals, but the one thing that has really helped me is getting rid of the 'white' foods-regular bread, rice, potatoes. Any time I do eat bread, it's whole wheat. I eat LOTS of proteins, veggies, that sort of thing. Don't know if that will help or not.

Good luck... this sort of thing is frustrating in the extreme, I know.

Thanks everyone for the great comments and encouragement. I have not yet begun to fight! I am not giving up. Just whining. I like to do that when I am dieting. :(

Don't you worry, I gained 3lbs over Easter Weekend! I lost all but 1lb of that, so if I can do it, you can do it! You are allowed to be cranky, I am like that a lot! {{HUGS}}
