2011 Twitloss Challenge

The ladies of Twitloss have been feeling a distinct lack of motivation. In an effort to get things moving we decided to have a little friendly competition. By friendly, I mean tons of smack talk. LOL! Below are the rules, and during the challenge we will mark all our challenge related posts with 2011Challenge. Have fun and feel free to feel the burn right along with us!

The Rules
Time: 30 days starting June 6th (Monday), we will end on July 5th.

Challenge:  Let's do two categories in the challenge.
1) Most weight lost over the time period - Everyone will weigh in on Monday and record their starting weight
2) Most overall inches from the body - Record and post your starting measurements on Monday as well.

Now where to capture all this? SparkPeople.com has a great set of tools we can use to run the challenge and privately track each others progress. We can then post whatever updates we want from our personal profiles to the blog.

Prizes: Bragging rights for a year in the categories you win along with books and/or gift cards from a small fee collected from each participant. Smack talk is welcome as always and we can just add the #challenge tag to our tweets along with the normal #twitloss so it still shows up.
